Shipping & Delivery: Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Please note that all shipping carriers require you, the recieving customer, to inspect and confirm the contents of the delivery within a specified time period. Normally , this is stated as ''upon delivery" in other words immediately, while the delivery driver is still present. Shipping damages cannot be claimed or processed without properly following the carriers policies. We do not ship damaged products. If product arrives to you damaged, it is the carriers fault. Thus, the importance of following and understanding each carrier's policies. Please consider this information carefully when considering your shipping options, even in the event of occaisionally offered 'free' shipping. We process orders and ship Monday through Friday, except on typical U.S. American holidays. We may split orders. A split order is a single customer order that includes several parts. In order to expedite locating and delivery of the order, we may ship items in a single order from several locations. As a result, the customer will receive two or more boxes for that single order. Further, these boxes might arrive on different dates.

Warranties, Returns & Replacements: Unless the product description specifically states otherwise, all products we sell are new and undamaged. Please carefully consider the above discussion regarding shipping carriers. Smilingcharleys.com does not warranty any product for any particular usage. All products are sold 'as is.' Any warranty provided is the original component manufacturer's warranty, if any. In the event that a product is faulty or missing components, each case will be handled uniquely. Warranty return value will be based on the terms of the manufacturer warranty. In some cases, it will be prorated based on the length of use or condition and will be less than original purchase price. Warranties are limited to the price paid for the product, not including any shipping. NEITHER WARRANTOR NOR MANUFACTURER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT AND SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. This warranty does not cover miscellaneous expenses for removal, installation, service, towing or down time, nor does it cover material, labor, or additional parts required for replacement or repair of damages caused by abuse (including fire or wreckage), misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacture’s operating and /or installation instructions. Under absolutely no circumstances should you, the customer, return a product to www.smilingcharleys.com without prior authorizaion. Often times, the individual manufacturer of the product must be involved. Each manufacturer has varying policies for resolving such issues which must be handled on a case by case basis. Items that may still be under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized. The sooner a customer notifies us of any difficulties, the sooner the problem can be resolved. Unless otherwise prescribed by law, there is a 60 calendar day limit for claims on missing parts, faulty, misboxed or otherwise incorrect components. After 60 calendar days, surcharges may be charged in order to process or correct any missing parts, faulty, misboxed item, etc. claims. Smilingcharleys.com CAN NOT assist a customer whose order was delivered longer than one calendar year ago. In all such cases, original documentation of proof of purchase and original packaging are required. Shipping back to Smilingcharleys.com or the manufacturer is at the customer's expense. Any credit for returns or claims, if issued, is for the customer's original puchase price only, minus shipping charges, if any.
Ordering: We verify payment on all orders before any product is shipped. No C.O.D. orders are processed or accepted. Your use of this site, and placement of any order consitutes agreement with this site's policies and conditions. All orders are processed in United States Dollars, and in accordance with U.S. banking laws, conditions and procedures. Fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activity will not be tolerated, and such violaters will prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All reparations, and costs of recovery will be at the customer's / violator's expense. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have failed to pay for their orders, overseas orders, or any order / customer which appears fraudulent or unlawful.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Please note that the 'bricks and mortar' physical in-store pricing will vary from 'www' pricing and services. Products delivered to web customers will often come from different sources than the exact same product delivered to the 'bricks and mortar' store. We have created different paths to fulfill different needs. Our in-store service cannot be performed the same way web service is performed. Thus, we have different pricing. Either way you choose, we are committed to you having a satisfying experience. You will be glad to do business with us. Sale prices, or other special offers have specific terms and condtions that will vary as they are offered. Viewing Orders: Please carefully review your order before fully processing the transaction. All requested orders will be processed as valid transactions. Backorder Policy: Product availability and shipping times vary by manufacturer. We stock some individual items, others are not. We generally can fulfill all orders within 21 calendar days. In the event of an order that can not be filled within this time frame, we will contact you and give you the option of waiting further or a refund, or suggesting a comparable part. When multiple items are ordered and some are parts are available while others are backordered we will ship the the available parts and address the backordered parts uniquely, part by part.
